There were three projects in a target for two years. These projects include revamp of existing extended warranty motor module and develop new web module. Module developed for non-motor extended warranty i.e., White Goods also. These were the CRM modules designed as per insurance requirements where users include insurance engineers, dealers, vendors and manufacturers. And also automate excel reports.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make documentation for revamp project with gap analysis and for new project
Develop revamp web module and new module for white goods department
Automate daily excel reports using SAS, Pl/Sql.
Design microservices for various submodules i.e., Sales, claims management, invoice management, salvage management, client management, operations management & underwriting
