 TechnoSource is an online E-commerce project. This is an Australian maintenance project built with Magento version 2.2. The main objective is selling software products, Hardware consumables & Industry solutions. Right now they serve only in Australian states. Having plans for the nearest countries in the future. Visitors can walk through the products & industry solutions. The freshchat chatting tool integrated for helping out to the visitor.

Live demo booking & free quotation options integrated for user attractions. Product gallery & YouTube videos placed for user friendly enhancements. Once after the checkout process visitor can make payment through various payment gateways such like Australia Post - Secure Pay, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal

ATPS is a ticketing system that builds for the client atp group to manage all the processes in the client's auto-mobile industry. This is a role-based application. Authorized person can create a ticket and assign responsible persons for the ticket. At the time a notification will be sent to each responsible person(s).

The assignee can view only his assigned tickets. Also, he/she is able to update the work status for each and every ticket. While an employee (an assignee in a ticket) updates his work status, a notification will be sent to the ticket creator, along with work status. Once all the assignees completed their work in a ticket, then the ticket will be closed by the admin.
Document storage system & Ticket comments facility integrated in this application. Applying security & access restriction for the document storage module will be implemented in 3rd phase. Party master & Employee masters are used to manage application users with their roles and responsibilities.
The main and sub-menus will be displayed based on logged user’s role permission. In each screen action buttons like add/edit/delete will be displayed based on logged user’s privileges.
Based on client requirements, a mobile app created using IONIC. Custom widgets and user friendly menu options integrated in the ionic app.
