Description: CDK Global is the largest global provider of integrated information technology and digital
marketing solutions to the automotive retail industry.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with automotive dealership clients to deliver an integrated strategy that
focuses on website improvements, organic search optimization, digital advertising, and
serves as the focal point for all support and service-related issues for assigned customers.
Act as technical support for all website issues that dealerships face.
Key Activities:
Website maintenance and promotions for the automotive industry which is in the US region to do so we use Applications like Adobe Photoshop and other website managing tools like WSM, Adobe Photoshop.
Migrating website as per GM Guidelines within given SLA.
As per customer request we update the slides, landing pages and 3rd party codes
Migrated content from over 100 dealership websites to a new content management platform.
