Automate design of train cars for a tool in CATIA to generate multiple car variants. And integrate the design to a UI which enable the users to generate multiple variants of a car. We have achieved a 70% drop in the man hours required to design a carbody with this tool.
Role & Responsibility:
Knowledge based engineering. (CATIA V5).
Train (Rolling stock domain) design automation, Manual calculations.
Logic development using mathematical calculations. Formula creation and Programming.
