Migration Of Lotus Notes To SharePoint Online And

Role & Responsibility
    This is the migration project in which Lotus Notes databases are migrated into the SharePoint online Along with Power-Platform.
    Records from LN databases are exported into the excel File and using PnP - PowerShell script and ShareGate tool, these records are added into the SharePoint lists. In one database there were so many sub-databases for each of those we have created the SP List.
    Using PowerApps we designed forms for new records for the SP list. Canvas apps we used for it.
    For asynchronous processes like sending an email once record added, sending approvals we used Power-Automate flows.
    Designed PowerBI dashboards and reports.
    It is fully automated system and accessible on iPhone, iPad and desktop
    Worked as technical lead in this project.
    Development of Canvas Apps to register the data into the system.
    MS Flow development for back-ground processes.

MC Loan And Investment

    MC Loan and Investment application is developed for one of the bank to register the Loan and Investments requests.
    Once user login into MC loan and investment system First it registers new project Using PIL form 
    Project Information data will be stored in the project Information list and various business process has been start automatically (For example: Automatically project documents structure is created in document library. Project level permissions are granted to related users, Confirmation and approval email notification are triggered etc.)
    Each Projects are set Project assignee and head of the departments based on the project types using project Assignee screen. All assignee user are pull from Azure AD or office 365 security groups.
    Once users are uploaded project related documents in project document library automatically document review and approval process has been started for various department.
    Different kinds of project document (office files) are converted into PDF only file and merge into single PDF with cover page and watermark and consider as final version of documents.
    Final version of documents considers as meeting material and its move for printing.
    Different kinds of meeting material are automatically generated based on committees /Council (IC bureau, DM bureau, Presidents office etc.)
    All kinds of Council meeting are automatically schedule based on approval process. 
    Feedback from different departments system automatically collected using CPS opinion screen
    Final discussion points are automatically generated and placed on particular location using operation Guide.
    Email notifications are automatically generated using customized email template 
    Microsoft search and audit log will be generated search result.

    Code of conduct is an e-learning course. The course constitutes 6 learning modules which are designed to help employees to conduct business in an ethical, fair and responsible manner.

    Minimum Score of 80% is required to pass the assessment and there by complete the learning.
