It has been built using various latest technologies of salesforce. Salesforce Mobile app has been enabled and configured which contains all the important functionalities. The project aims for a global solution, based on the input provided by UK, France and Italy. It has been developed for Italy and same template will be used by other countries with custom changes. It is integrated with SAP using Dell Boomi tool.

• TDC is Tele Denmark communication is biggest distributor of TV channels, Broadband and telephone services in Denmark. TDCis having huge customer database in Denmark.
• TDC is having applications like Enterprise application used for organized customer and salesforce CRM application for customer sales representative. There is huge integration in between salesforce and other applications using Jitterbit. Salesforce application is heavily customized.

• ThisProject is based on Service Max. My role was to integrate service max and other system. Integration is happening with the help of below -
• Consuming external rest services in the form of queueable apex.
• Calling these services on the trigger of objects and sending / fetchingdata as per requirement. Data flow is bidirectional.
• Dell Boomi a third-party tool is dumping data into landing tables of sales force and then with the help of trigger, we are fetching
• data into our main tables. Data flow is unidirectional i.e. from landing tables to main objects.

• Functionality of the system is as customer of radian i.e. banks or radian employee submit application for taking mortgage insurance from radian through our sales force application
• This application contains integration of multiple systems (M2 which is built in sales force based on service cloud, AWS contains documents uploaded via M2, PAS contains the policy related information).
• Sales force system consumes services which sends and consumes data from the legacy and other system.
• It is built of system objects, custom objects, apex pages, apexclasses, triggers, communityportal, canvas, jQuery, JavaScript.

• EFNOL System is service cloud-based CRM and it manages claims creation and notification.
• Currently client has integrated system in Siebel and ZSOA (platform Java).
• EFNOL is replacing ZSOA. Whenever an insured wants to claim against his insurance, he will log into efnol and will provide the details of incidence occurred along with his policy through EFNOL and claim will be created within EFNOL and Siebel.
• In order to achieve this EFNOL provides UI which is built in VF page, VF components, knock out js library which connects with Siebel via services (SOAP, REST).
• Once claim is created in Siebel, it returns one transaction id and then one sales force record is created in Case object.
• There are various services used to accomplish various requirements.
• There are various custom objects apart from case object.

• There is a tool called Autosys which is configured to watch files sent on behalf of vendor and load into the system. It invokes jobs created in Informatica cloud or of Perl or stored procedures etc.
