Common Database is a repository for data storage. It is a global database where all the necessary
data will be stored in a common format, that are collected from all other various databases used
in 4 different departments i.e. ORMAS, OSEM, SUDA and OSFDC through Web Services.
ORMAS (Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society)--->Keeps the record of BPL
Candidates
OSEM(Odisha State Employment Mission)--->Common database to store all candidate’s

SUDA(State Urban Development Agency--->Keeps the record of URBAN Candidates
OSFDC (Odisha Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Development Finance Co-operative

The purpose of the project is to develop a robust application along with a Common Database where its
main aim is to merge all data across the departments i.e. ORMAS, OSEM, SUDA, OSFDC and store the
information into a single common database through Web Services. The whole process is maintained in an
online automated Database, which will be helpful to get the employment and unemployment status of
the state. Each training activity maintained in a system database not for public but official use to run and
monitor several training programs simultaneously

product through Internet, their Database server and application server is handle by company
itself who have developed and giving support. License customer they provide license for user
basis and they will use the software. In that particular software there is one admin who can
create users, timesheets, Work item, Work Attribute, Group and assigning them to particular
users, group. There users can login as admin, normal users, supervisor, Timekeeper, project
manager, and submit their timesheet on daily ,weekly, monthly, semimonthly ,Biweekly basis.
Also can run their report as their criteria.
In Tock4.5 there two extra module integrated one is expanse another is accruals; users submit
their expanse and accruals and also can run the report.
There is the change of look and field issue on Tock4.5 to create it is more attractive to see and
handle.
