spacematrix is an app where users can book desks, order foods, book meeting rooms in their office space, also it has an admin panel which allows administrators to add foods in canteen, adding desks, meeting rooms, office employees, and basic CRUD functionalities.

8Mint is used for pre-release of NFTs, where creators can decide to upload some NFT and set registration date and mint date and release it, where users will register them by following some conditions like following collections twitter profile, having a minimum amount of Ethereum. Owning a certain NFT collection, once conditions are satisfied, the user gets to register and waits for the mint date once mint starts the user can mint the NFTs.
