Automating leads and updating customer information between salesforce and legacy system. Involves setup of Sales Process for acquiring customers for specified products. Worked on pricebook setup, Opportunity Management and setting up different profiles and sharing rules. Also created multiple custom components, one of then is a custom related list on Opportunity for Opportunity products providing the ability to update multiple objects in a single component while adding opportunity products.

Consisting of clinical trial management and also drug information for pharmaceuticals. Handled integration between Salesforce and implemented service cloud knowledge and customer portal. Manage Large Data Volume in salesforce using oracle pentaho ETL tool, as Salesforce was the source of truth for different processes. Involved setup of service console , knowledge article management and CTI. Also implemented Einstein chat bot for portal users.

A B2B Commerce implementation with Salesforce as the backend system to handle the storefront, cart and order management, worked on Cloudcraze Managed package, to override different api used for order management to add complex custom logic and to perform different validation based on different regions. Configure buying and viewing entitlements for the products, pricebook management for different regions. Load products, entitlements and weight restrictions and lead time data to salesforce.

Implemented Sales Cloud to handle lead assignment , Opportunity management and automations using flows. Also bot setup for Sales users to access knowledge. Worked on trigger, apex class and lightning components and also refactoring of apex classes. Worked on integration to read data sent in kafka channel through Heroku and capture using platform events.
