Any organization or individual can bid for the tender and a series of internal evaluation is conducted by the government officials and the sorted list is forwarded to senior official. The individual or organization who have won the tender is/are informed through mail. This overcomes the drawbacks of existing manual system.
Responsibilities:
Understand the existing project functionality by going through code
Document the details in JIRA story and Confluence of the API functionality.
Provide the better restructure design of the functionality.
Develop the API in respective Micro-Service.
Write the code with streams where ever iterating is required.
